A "significant part of Supreme Court jurisprudence" or a media-driven controversy that's "rank nonsense," the Supreme Court's emergency applications docket can be tricky to follow on the court's website. This is an effort to shed some light on the cases making their way through the applications docket by organizing and displaying them in a different way.
